2nd "Run of the Mill" 5K Results
Catawba Valley Community College's service organization, Seeds of Service, recently held its second annual "Run of the Mill" 5K charity run/walk at historic Murray's Mill in Catawba.
The event, which benefited Safe Harbor Rescue Mission and New Vision Ministry's Feed Haiti Campaign, attracted more than 60 participants and 40 volunteers. Campus fundraising events held by faculty, staff and students helped raise more than $4,000.
