Small Business Center Presents

What does it take to turn retail "lookers" into "spenders" who return to your retail business again and again? Catawba Valley Community College's Small Business Center will present "From Store Hopper to Regular Shopper," Thurs., June 10, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Patrick Beaver Memorial Library in Hickory.
This is the last installment in a special retail seminar mini-series designed to help those operating-or starting-a retail business.
Presenter Sherre DeMao is an outstanding marketing and public relations professional who brings keen business insights to audiences. Hear what she has to say about extraordinary customer service, exploring best practices for building customer loyalty, closing more sales and turning store hoppers into lifelong friends.

DeMao is owner of SLD Unlimited Marketing/PR, Inc., a full service marketing firm located in Denver, N.C. Since 1984, she has helped small to medium companies become smarter marketers by providing innovative marketing guidance, solutions & services. Her award-winning designs have been recognized by Telly, ProAd, PICA, Addy & IABC Crown. Her recently published book "Me, Myself & Inc." is getting rave reviews.
