Non-traditional Career
At CVCC, we are here to assist you in exploring your career options and pursuing the career path that best fits you!
A non-traditional career is one in which individuals from one gender comprise less than 25% of the total employed in that occupation. While all students are encouraged to choose a career plan that suits their interests, values and strengths, some students may become discouraged from pursuing these occupations based on the belief that certain careers are suitable for men or women only. Also, students may not be aware of the variety of careers available.
At CVCC, we are here to assist students in exploring their career options and pursuing the career path that best fits them!
