SPRING 2013 COMMENCEMENT

| March 15, 2013 | Priority deadline to pay and complete the application process for Spring and Summer 2013 graduation. |
| April 25, 2013 | Deadline for ceremony participation |
| May 2, 2013 | Commencement Rehearsal – The Tarlton Complex at CVCC (Please select the link for your school for details.)
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your rehearsal time. Specific instructions for the Commencement Ceremony will be provided during rehearsal. |

| NOTE: Only those applications received in the Director of Student Records' Office by the March 15th priority deadline will receive full graduation privileges. Applications received after the March 15th priority deadline through the April 25th deadline will be allowed to participate in the ceremony, but they will not receive full graduation privileges. (Full graduation privileges include, but are not limited to, name printed in graduation bulletin, review of graduation requirements to ensure timely posting of degree/credentials to your academic transcript, access to ticket distribution if tickets are required for your ceremony, etc.) | |
