PAYMENT for tuition/fees is DUE on or before "PAYMENT DEADLINE" for each registration period.

ALL NEW Students must complete NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION.

To ensure accurate course planning, ALL official college transcripts must be received in Student Records two business days prior to registration activity.

June 17 - July 25 → PRIORITY Online Registration for CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS. (Students eligible are notified via their CVCC e-mail accounts with the specific date/time they may begin to use the online registration option. Notifications should arrive in your CVCC e-mail no later than June 13th.)

(Currently enrolled students may refer to the Advising Center webpage document for academic advising availability.)

July 8 - 25 → Registration on campus in the Advising Center for NEW, RETURNING AND CURRENTLY ENROLLED students. Visit the Advising Center webpage for hours of availability.

August 8 - 14 → Schedule Adjustment/Registration for Seats Available is open for CURRENTLY ENROLLED students online or through the Advising Center. NEW or RETURNING students who completed the admissions process are also eligible to participate in this event. Visit the Advising Center webpage for details.

August 15 → Fall Semester Begins (Registration options are still available for late-start courses.)

Career & College Promise information, deadlines and registration dates are available on

PAYMENT DEADLINES:

July 31 - Payment is DUE for ALL registration activities that occur June 17 - July 25.

August 14 - Payment is DUE for ALL registration activities that occur August 8 - 14.

REFUND POLICY

AM I A CURRENTLY ENROLLED, NEW OR RETURNING STUDENT?

CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS are defined as students who enrolled in one or more of the following semesters: Fall 2012, Spring 2013, Summer 2013.

NEW STUDENTS are defined as students who have never attended a curriculum class at CVCC and who have completed the admissions process. Mandatory Advising in the Advising Center is required.

ALL NEW Students must complete NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION
PRIOR TO ADVISING.

RETURNING STUDENTS are defined as students who have not been enrolled in the past year (Fall 2012, Spring 2013, Summer 2013) and who have completed the admissions process. Mandatory Advising in the Advising Center is required.
