PAYMENT for tuition/fees is DUE on or before "PAYMENT DEADLINE" for each registration period.

ALL NEW Students must complete PREVIEW (CVCC's orientation for NEW students.)

To ensure accurate course planning, ALL official college transcripts must be received in Student Records two business days prior to registration activity.

November 5 - December 7 → PRIORITY Online Registration for CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS. (Students eligible are notified via their CVCC e-mail accounts with the specific date/time they may begin to use the online registration option. Notifications should arrive in your CVCC e-mail the week of October 29th.)

(Currently enrolled students may refer to the Advising Center Registration Locations document for academic advising availability.)

November 13 - December 7 → Registration on campus in the Advising Center for NEW, RETURNING AND CURRENTLY ENROLLED students. Visit the Advising Center webpage for hours of availability.

December 24 - January 3 → Online Registration re-opens for CURRENTLY ENROLLED and RETURNING students. NEW students who completed admissions processes on or before December 7th are also eligible to use online registration during this time. NEW students must also complete mandatory advising to use this option.

January 3 → Schedule Adjustment/Registration for Seats Available is open for CURRENTLY ENROLLED students. NEW or RETURNING students who completed the admissions process on or before January 2nd are also eligible to participate in this event. Visit the Schedule Adjustment webpage for details.

January 7 → Spring Semester Begins (Registration options are still available for late-start courses.)

PAYMENT DEADLINES:

December 11 - Payment is DUE for ALL registration activities that occur November 5 - December 7.

January 4 - Payment is DUE for ALL registration activities that occur December 24 - January 3.

REFUND POLICY

AM I A CURRENTLY ENROLLED, NEW OR RETURNING STUDENT?

CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS are defined as students who enrolled in one or more of the following semesters: Spring 2012, Summer 2012, Fall 2012.

NEW STUDENTS are defined as students who have never attended a curriculum class at CVCC and who have completed the admissions process. Mandatory Advising in the Advising Center is required.

ALL NEW Students must complete PREVIEW PRIOR TO ADVISING. PREVIEW is CVCC's orientation for NEW students.

RETURNING STUDENTS are defined as students who have not been enrolled in the past year (Spring 2012, Summer 2012 Fall 2012) and who have completed the admissions process. Mandatory Advising in the Advising Center is required.
