Requests for Test Scores

To obtain copies of scores for tests taken at the CVCC-Testing center, follow the instructions listed beside the test name for which you are interested. Copies of test scores that have transferred to CVCC from another institution must be obtained from that originating institution.

COMPASS & OPAC Placement Tests PSB Test	Download the Test Score Request form. Mail the completed form to the Testing Center to the address on the form.
TEAS Exams	Click on this link: www.atitesting.com Log-in with the username/password that you created at the time of testing. Navigate to the Online Store and select TEAS transcript.
CLEP Exams	Download the Transcript Request Form. Requires Adobe Reader (latest version recommended). Mail the completed form with your payment to CLEP to the address on the form.
GED Transcripts	Download the Official NC GED Transcript Request form. Mail the completed form to the address on the form.
