Amendments
This Constitution may be altered, amended, repealed, or replaced by the Faculty of
Catawba Valley Community College provided, however, that notice of the proposed change has been given in
writing to the Executive Board at least ten (10) working days prior to the Faculty meeting when the proposed
change is to be considered. The proposed change shall be set forth i full in the notice to Faculty and shall
require a 75 percent majority vote by Faculty for its ratification. Voting shall be conducted by the
Executive Committee and will be by written ballot.
