January: Objective Status Report Deadline - January 31, 2008
March: Strategic Planning Council SPC convenes in May of fourth year of planning cycle to analyze internal/external data, review CVCC mission statement, vision statement, and prepare new Directions, Initiatives, and Objectives Deadline - May 30, 2012
April-June: Standards of Excellence are reviewed for major College programs/services which are evaluated annually Where standards are not met improvement plans are prepared by appropriate administrative leaders, approved by the respective vice president with a copy forwarded to the president Deadline - March 31, 2008
April-June: Preparation of annual objectives, criteria/measurement, person(s) responsible, and deadlines to meet CVCCgoals Funds are requested for personnel, equipment or other needs to meet objectives Objectives submitted to immediate supervisor(s), final approval by appropriate vice president President and Cabinet review and prioritize submitted annual objectives in May Deadline - June 30, 2008
