Members Present: Doug Allen, Sue Asp, Marian Baer, and Judy Barkley

The meeting was called to order by President Sue Asp.

President Sue Asp informed the committee that the next general PSA meeting would be held April 19, 2001 in West Wing 105.

She reviewed with the committee members her intended presentation on behalf of the PSA to occur at the next board of trustees meeting May 24, 2001.

The tentative agenda for the next general meeting was determined:

• Invitation to members to attend May 24, 2001 Board of Trustees Meeting
• NCCCSDPA Resolution to be presented by Doug Allen
• Statewide Organization Meeting
• Recognition of Outstanding Professional Staff Person of the Year Task Force Report by Donna Trado
• Goal #7- -Cooperative activities with support staff and faculty senate
• Letter writing campaign to legislators

Doug Allen suggested that a copy of the NCCCSDPA Resolution be circulated among the dues paying members of the PSA for their signatures in support of this resolution. The committee concurred.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Sue Asp.
