Members Present: Doug Allen, Sue Asp, Marian Baer, Judy Barkley, LaDonna Goodson

The meeting was called to order by President Sue Asp.

Planning for General meeting:
President Sue Asp announced that the next general PSA meeting would be held August 2, 2001.

The tentative agenda for the next general meeting was determined:

• President's report on May Board of Trustees meeting
• System wide counterpart comparison fact gathering survey
• Membership dues
• Selection of Nominating Committee members
• Rescheduling annual pilgrimage of PSA members to Board to October
• Report on joint meeting with presidents of faculty and support staff associations
• Proposal that October 2001 PSA general meeting be held during Fall Professional Development Day for Faculty and Staff
• Updates to PSA brochure

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by Sue Asp.
