Program services are designed to prepare participants to enter the labor market, to be successful on the job and to be economically self-sufficient. Program services are provided through classroom activities, field trips, and guest speakers.
Registration Information
Registration fee waivers are available to individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements. This program has been successfully used by persons looking for work after being laid off due to a plant closing, and for persons changing careers. Note: Class schedules are subject to change.

Eligibility Requirements for Waivers
The above classes are NO COST for individuals who meet ONE of the conditions below:
- Unemployed
- Received notice of pending layoff
- Working and eligible for Federal Earned Income Tax Credit
- Working and earning at/below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
