Methods:

delete	Deletes a file format.
deleteMultiple	Deletes one or more file format's.
getList	Returns zero or more structures, each containing information on a file format; for example, its description and MIME type.
save	Registers a file format with CommonSpot. For example, this could be a graphic image's file type.
