Databases, operating system conventions, and browser behaviors can be impacted by filenames containing spaces. This utility scans filename references in a datasource and replaces spaces in filename with underscore characters.
CommonSpot requires you to back up the Content database before proceeding. Check to confirm.
Access this dialog by expanding Utilities in the left panel of the Site Administration dashboard, and selecting Site Tools. Click Fix Spaces in File Names.
