This dialog displays when you make changes to Inheritance Restrictions that affect content derived from Templates or Elements. Use this dialog to review and confirm the effects of changes to permissions made for pages inheriting characteristics from the selected template or element.
Warnings apply as follows:
Author/Edit: Content: You have chosen to lock down an element on this template so that all content on derived pages comes from this template only. Content from all derived pages will be deleted from this element. Only a database restore can undo this change.
Design: Properties: Removes any properties set, such as Layout properties.
Style: Style classes: Removes anything related to styles, classes, and style sheets assigned to the Element.
Admin: Permissions: Removes any permissions set at the page level.
Click Apply to confirm your changes or Cancel to exit.
