From Site Admin - Utilities - Site Tools, click Rescan Multimedia File Sizes to access this dialog. CommonSpot includes a utility to extract file size information for all local multimedia files used in CommonSpot. This utility scans the file size on local disk and and programmatically (re)populates multimedia file size information.
CommonSpot prompts you to back up the site Content database. To safeguard your library, complete the backup, then check this option.
Click Run Utility to update image data. CommonSpot displays update and completion progress.
