Subsite Content Classification

You can add to CommonSpot's extensive metadata (information about information) layer through the addition and management of CommonSpot keywords. Intelligent keyword administration advances information collection and classification to support content retrieval, filtering, and reuse.

Permanent keywords: Are always available to contributors, even if removed from all subsite pages. Set this option through the Manage Keywords dialog.

Default keywords: Automatically display as the initially selected keywords for creating new content; they can be removed, and new ones added if the user has rights to do so. Set this option through the Default & Enforced Keywords dialog.

Enforced keywords: Are automatically included as non-modifiable terms for every page in the subsite(s) for which they are defined. Set this option through the Default & Enforced Keywords dialog.
