Each Image Gallery in CommonSpot can have its own permissions to control who has access to that gallery. Use this dialog to grant, edit, or remove rights for this gallery for individual users and groups.
Possible permissions are:
Groups and Users display with associated permissions. Click column heads to sort by Type, Name, or Permission.
To edit permissions for an existing user or group, click the edit icon 
to Add/Edit Image Gallery Permissions.
To grant permissions for a new user or group, click Add Group or Add User to open the Image Gallery Security Add User or the Image Gallery Security Add Group dialog.
Click the delete icon 
to remove permissions for this image for an individual or select multiple individuals or groups and click Delete Selected from the More Actions dropdown and click Go.
