Set the form’s action by clicking the Element Tool icon and choose Form Action to open the Manage Query-by-example Element dialog in which the QBE results display. The results page should contain either a Page Index Element or a Custom Element that is configured to filter its results based on the fields selected in the Query-by-example form.
Click the Choose button to open the Choose Page dialog.

Select the desired results page and click Update Results. The Manage Query-by-example Element reloads, showing the selected results page.
Click Save to return to the page.
