To access the Detach Term dialog, select this option from the edit term options displayed for an individual term in the Edit Taxonomy Terms dialog.
Click Save to remove the term from all current categories and save it as "uncategorized" or Cancel to exit without moving the term.
If this term has narrower terms associated with it, the following confirmation displays:
Click Save to save the term and related child terms in the Uncategorized Terms folder or Cancel to exit without removing parent and child terms from current associations.
