Rule Results Report

This report displays all the pages for the rule you selected in the SEO Page Grading Rules dialog. Access this report by clicking the Report icon

in the Actions column in that dialog. Note: You must first configure and run these site-level scheduled jobs: Track SEO Keyword Rankings and Run SEO Rules. See Scheduled Job Definitions.

This dialog displays the following:

Reporting Group: Read-only. Displays the name of the current keyword reporting group.

Rule: Read-only. Displays the rule you selected.

Score: Enter a range of scores and click the Filter button.

CommonSpot returns results using your filter criteria.

Click to sort by column head.

Title – The title of the page using this rule.

Subsite – The subsite of the page using this rule.

Score – The score for the page/keyword combination against the rule.

Comment – Lists recommendations for improving deficient scores.

In the Actions column, click the metadata and security icon

to view page information.

Standard Properties: Displays standard metadata for the page

Custom Properties: Displays any custom metadata for this page.

Details: Displays time-date, version, owner and other specific information for the selected page. See Page Details.

Security: Displays current security settings for this page. See Page Security.

My Tags: Displays any personal tags associated with the page. See My Tags.

Clicking the More Actions icon

for a selected page displays the following options:

Subscribe to Changes – Choose to view updates to the current page via email subscription or My Notifications.

Create Work Request – Allows the current user to submit a work request for the current page.

Change Owner – Define a new user or group owner for the current page or object.

Lock/Unlock Page – Allow/exclude page updates.

View Usage Statistics – Review contributore activity.

View Referring Pages - View a list of pages linking to the selected page and optionally change link references.

Manage Freshness Reminders – Ticklers for content updates.

Manage Contacts - Review contributors and email addresses associated with the selected page.

Manage Notes - View any notes associated with the selected page.

CommonSpot includes the Export to Excel option in multiple reports throughout the system so you can conveniently collect and distribute data for import into spreadsheets or other applications that accept comma-separated values. Click this option to display a table of all fields within the current report, then select the fields whose values you want to export and save in spreadsheet or CSV format. Selected fields automatically display as column heads in the CSV output. You also have the option to change column names on the fly to customize your reports.
