This dialog confirms releasing all data currently associated with the selected metadata form.
Important Note: Unbinding or deleting a metadata form will delete all data previously entered into that form and make it non-recoverable. Also note that the unbind process may be lengthy if the metadata form is bound to a template or subsite with many pages. This is because the unbinding process involves deleting metadata associated with those pages, then rebuilding the stub files for each page.
Click Unbind to remove the current binding or Cancel to exit without unbinding.
