The Integrated Support module expedites CommonSpot issue reporting and resolution by enabling you to connect to the PaperThin Support organization directly through the Admin interface.
Please check with your network administrator to see if a connection is possible.

Submitting a request through Integrated Support initiates an automatic connection to http://www.paperthin.com/support/issuetracking. If your environment does not support this option or a connection is temporarily unavailable, you can still create incidents through the Integrated Support option, then access the PaperThin Support site for Manually Submitting Issues.
