CVCC’s Human Services Technology program has helped me understand how to truly support people through life’s challenges. I feel confident knowing I’m on the right path to helping others and continuing my education.
Human Services Technology
Are you passionate about helping others and creating positive change in your community? CVCC’s Human Services Technology program will prepare you to support individuals and families in need, equipping you with the skills to work in diverse social service settings.
When you study Human Services Technology at CVCC, you’ll learn about human behavior and development from biological, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Students will engage in real-world experiences and coursework to refine their skills in human services, preparing them to work in mental health, family services, rehabilitation, correctional, and educational agencies.
Graduates will be ready for entry-level roles in human services organizations, making a meaningful impact on their communities. Additionally, graduates can continue their studies at Gardner-Webb University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in human services through an articulation agreement.
