Catawba Valley Community College Announces Spring Commencement Ceremony Dates

Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) is pleased to announce the dates for its Spring Commencement ceremonies.

HICKORY, N.C. – Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) is pleased to announce the dates for its Spring Commencement ceremonies. The event will take place on Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Tarlton Complex, located at 2550 US Highway 70 SE in Hickory, North Carolina.

To honor the achievements of its graduating students, CVCC will hold two separate commencement exercises:

· The School of Health Education and the School of Career and Technical Education will celebrate their graduates in the morning commencement ceremony beginning at 9:00 a.m.

· The School of General Education, Adult Basic Education, and the School of Community Development and Public Services Education will hold their graduation commencement ceremony in the afternoon, starting at 1:00 p.m.

Family, friends, and community members are invited to attend and support the graduates as they take the next step in their academic and professional journeys.
