We are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of all student records as outlined in the Student Records and Transcripts section of the General Catalog. CVCC complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 which provides students access to review their records and restricts the disclosure of such records without written permission from the student. Additional information regarding FERPA may be found at the US Department of Education FERPA website.
CVCC continues to limit physical interaction on campus during the COVID 19 pandemic. Student Services staff members are available to assist students by email Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. CVCC is closed on Fridays.
