Business Programs
Accounting, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Office Administration classes are also offered entirely online, should the student prefer the format and convenience of online learning.
CVCC Business programs were formulated to prepare students for their career aspirations in the ever-changing business world.
The Business department’s faculty is resolutely committed to student achievement and success. All faculty members have the same goal, whether they are teaching, advising, tutoring, or researching. That goal is to fulfill student objectives (more particularly, to increase student marketability, skills, and training), regardless of whether our students choose to enter the workforce upon earning their associate’s degree or continue their education at the university level.
Our business programs give students alternatives in terms of majors and concentrations to fulfill their academic and career needs. All of our programs offer classes during the day, a significant number of courses are available online, and we offer Business Administration and Accounting programs in the evening. Three of our programs, Accounting, Business Administration, and Entrepreneurship, are also offered entirely online, should the student prefer the format and convenience of online learning.
We are extremely proud of our business-related course offerings and programs, and we invite you to consider the many options available and contact us with any questions you might have.
Each year some of our student attend SkillsUSA which is an opportunity for high-performance students enrolled in career and technical programs to match skills against their peers in leadership, teamwork, citizenship, and character development.
CVCC also hosts programs throughout the year to promote entrepreneurship and to provide students with opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills. Check out and attend some Entrepreneurship Activities like CVCC's Shark Tank, Entrepreneurship Tours, and more.
