Register for Continuing Education classes:
Students can register for most continuing education (CE) classes through Instant Online Enrollment. This is a secure, fast, and easy way to enroll and pay online for CE classes. After clicking on the link above, you can search by keyword, date, or other variables for the CE class(es) in which you would like to enroll. If you have previously taken classes with us, you can sign in to your existing account to register and pay for any future classes. If you are taking classes for the very first time, you can proceed as a guest and then have your credentials created later in the process.

Monday & Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Tuesday & Wdnesday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Please make checks payable to Catawba Valley Community College. You can also mail payment and registration form to CVCC, Attention:Cashier, 2550 Hwy. 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602.
(Your space is not held nor confirmed until payment is received. Please come in and pay, or mail your payment as soon as possible.)
Important Note: Continuing Education students who are a no show for a course will still be charged for the course they were to attend.
Tuition for students enrolling in occupation extension courses may vary per course. However, fees may be established for self-supporting seminars and courses according to the schedule below in which more than normal expenses to the college are incurred. Such charges may cover the cost of instructional materials and/or textbooks required in such classes.
Continuing Education Occupational Extension (per course)
0 – 24 hours …………………$70.00
25 – 50 hours…………………$125.00
50 + hours……………………$180.00
