Gardening 101
If you are interested in learning how to cultivate a garden, ten this 6-week class is for you! You will get tips on creating a helpful way to get your garden growing. Discussion of preparing the correct soil, choosing the right fertilizers and prevent weeding trouble are just a few of the basics that will be discussed. You will be ready to create and harvest your rewards of the knowledge of gardening!
Stained Glass-Level 1
Learn the fundamentals of stained glass design in this fun and entertaining class with an emphasis on lampshades. You will learn how to choose the correct glass, create patterns, cut and grind glass and complete two projects.
Stained Glass Christmas Ornaments
Need a quick gift for that someone special during the holidays? Then this CVCC Stained Glass Ornaments mini-course is for you! This class is for participants who has previous stained-glass experience. Students will complete four or more stained glass ornaments during this four-week mini-course. Patterns will be provided for the class. Students are welcome to bring their own patterns to share with the class.
Acrylic Christmas Ornaments
Come learn how to make your very own ornaments for Christmas. Students will mix, color and pour epoxy into silicone molds to create their very own personalized ornaments. We will be adding various items to the epoxy such as glitter to add some flare to the ornaments. All supplies will be provided. If you have your own molds or glitters that you would like to bring that is welcomed as well. You will be able to pick up your ornaments the following week.
