Balance Exercises for Seniors
Balance exercises can help you maintain your balance and your confidence at any age! Balance exercises also help prevent falls and improve your coordination. As we age, our balance diminishes; therefore, we need to actively take control to maintain our balance. For older adults or individuals fighting diseases such as Parkinson’s, balance is a crucial component of independence. In this class, we will perform specific exercises that are proven to improve balance. You will also receive a handout with balance exercises to enable you to do the exercises at home.
